Project Manager - PSS

We are looking for a Team Leader cum Project Manager - PSS for our Railway project at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Overall Project Management and coordination of PSS work
• Provide necessary training and mentoring
• Responsible for Project cost and Operations for the project
• Project Master scheduling covering the design phase and construction phase of the entire project
• Undertake Design Review Meetings
• Lead a team for planning, execution and delivery as per the contract agreement
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources efficiently
• Initial project planning & scheduling of various construction activities
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams
• Project Financial and cost control reports
• Liaison and coordination with Client, Contractor and other Stake holders
• Technical Audit & Quality Control
• Risk Management, scope management and change management
• Commissioning and start up assistance
• Project closeout and final documentation

Educational Qualification: B.E in Civil

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in construction industry with minimum 2 years experience in Railways/Highway/Bridges/Building Projects
• Experience of projects related to Railways, Airport, Ports, Bus Terminals, Highways, etc
  will be preferred and should be included in the CV in detail

OR

• A retired Engineer from Railway/PSU with at least 3 years experience in JA Grade/and above in Railways and/or as JGM and above in civil engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/and JVs or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, and Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined

Note: Experience will be considered after Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or above

Age Limit: Max Age limit for candidates will be 65 years.
