IT Engineer

Summary:

1. We need a resource who will work on ERP functional and administrative tasks.

2. Perform day to day admin functions. Handle daily production related issues raised by internal users.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand issues or new requirements and work with the ERP vendor to test these features.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with internal teams on Implementation of ERP Application / modules

2. Assist in Requirements Gathering & Scope documentation

3. Improvise internal processes with automation

4. Testing of application change requests and fixes

5. Support Go live activities and application upgrades

6. Conducting Demo & Training to internal users

7. Collaborate with technical teams to maintain server operating system, Security patches, System vulnerabilities.

8. Smooth communication & coordination with internal teams and vendor

9. Provide L1 production support for ERP application

Education: Bachelors degree in commerce, management, IT, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in implementation of IT projects or Application support.

Knowledge:

1. Awareness of SDLC life cycle

2. Exposure to Accounting, Billing, Invoicing processes

3. Exposure to ERP systems will be added advantage

4. Basic Knowledge on Automation tools, workflows

5. Exposure to Linux/Open Source operation system will be added advantage
