Job Description
Hygiene check of the subscription
Query/ issue handling
• Keeping the database & feedback maintained and updated.
• Inviting subscribers for Loksatta events
• Preserve the company's reputation by handling grievances.
• Keeping a record of all the calls and notes of useful information.
Requirements :
• 0-1 year of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
• Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel
• Proficient in Marathi & English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
