Junior Event Executive

• Ready to assust seniors in event, organisation, pitching for delegates and routine activities.

Responsibilities:

Event Support:

• Assist in planning and organizing events, including scheduling, venue selection, and logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing invitations, agendas, and presentations.
• Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.

Delegate Management:

• Coordinate with delegates, including sending invitations, answering queries, and providing logistical support.
• Assist in developing delegate agendas and itineraries.
• Manage delegate registration and check-in processes.

Routine Administrative Tasks:

• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

Team Support:

• Assist senior team members in various tasks, as required.
• Provide support during meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
