Assistant Manager - Policy Servicing - Customer Service

Role & responsibilities

• Processing of financial / non financial requests of the customers in life asia and build control checks on all transactions (through system/manual)
• Initiating Process Improvement projects and Process Enhancement activities
• Managing and working on the daily MIS and Reports
• Vendor Management Reconciliation of the communication and Invoice
• Monitor internal and PPHI TAT of the policy servicing team
• Ensure customer communication, tracking and monitoring of communication format maintaining version controls.
• Analyse relevant data to determine policy owner service outputs
• Responsible for preparing and sharing all regulatory reports as per defined Calendar
• IRIDAI or Internal Audit Management
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability
