Requirement - Masters Degree or PG Diploma in Business Administration / Data Analytics / International Business / Marketing Management / Business Management or equivalent

Role & responsibilities - 

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi & Mumbai. 

• Ideal candidate should have demonstrated ability for critical thinking, an acute focus on career and strong communication skills.
• Candidates should be able to analyze, propose, present and execute strategies.
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
• Knowledge of the SME sector is a plus
• The selected candidates will be trained and groomed over a 1 year period, to lead initiatives, handle projects, Identify opportunities and build new revenue streams, generate and engage with business partners, nationally and internationally.  Successful trainees will be confirmed as Asst. Managers in the Managerial Grade.
