Qualifications Experience:

Proven expertise in leading large-scale manufacturing units with a track record of success in optimizing production and operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, CE, FDA, MD3, MD5, CDSCO).
Hands-on experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Expertise in vendor management, cost optimization, and supply chain efficiency.
