Title - Backend Engineer1. Position: Java Technical Lead 

Location: India, Remote 

Employment Type: Full-Time

NP: 1-2 weeks

Shift Timing: 4-5 hours of PST time zone overlapping (Candidate needs to be flexible) and Remaining 4-5 hours as per India time zone.

Role Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to oversee and drive the design, development, and implementation of high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Microservices, and Cloud technologies, coupled with leadership abilities to guide and mentor development teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Development: 

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices 
• Architect solutions that align with best practices in software development, including performance optimization and security 
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and software development best practices
• Oversee code reviews and provide mentorship to development teams 

Project Execution & Delivery: 

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical

requirements and solutions 

• Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to deployment 
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical

requirements Cloud & DevOps Integration: 

• Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud 
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead 
• Proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture 
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Hibernate, JPA, and ORM frameworks 
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud platform 
• Experience with Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) 
• Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Proficiency in message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) 
• Good knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

2. Title - Backend Engineer

NP - Immediate to 2 weeks

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with a focus on API work

• 4+ years of experience with SpringBoot and Java

• 2+ years of experience with GraphQL or NoSQL

• 2+ years of experience with Azure

• Hands-on experience dealing and implementing with different types of API models (REST, SOAP,

gRPC, etc) and their pros and cons

• Knowledgeable in the best practices in API contract testing and management

Offer Details:

• Full-time employment (40 hours/week)

• REQUIRED: 5-hour overlap with IST (India Standard Time), 3-4 hours with Pacific Standard

time(U.S)
