Purpose
The System Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing Indevs IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing system performance, ensuring the security of networks and systems, and providing technical support to ensure seamless operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.

Network Security

• Monitor and ensure the security of the network, servers, and IT systems.

Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

Backup and Recovery

• Implement and manage data backup and disaster recovery plans.

System Upgrades

• Ensure all systems and software are updated with the latest patches and upgrades.

User Support

• Provide technical support to team members and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Documentation

• Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Skill Description

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, Cloud Infrastructure

Network Management

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.

Backup Solutions

• Hands-on experience with backup solutions

Security Practices

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems.

Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.

Collaborative Work Style

Educational Qualification

• B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
