Oracle Fusion PPM Functional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) ERP Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Cloud Implementation modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracles Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Control modules, and will be responsible for providing functional support and leading the implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP/Financial Modules Expertise: Demonstrate functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle PPM Cloud modules, including Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Control, ensuring smooth operations and successful implementation.

• Communication & Collaboration: Provide excellent communication skills to discuss functional issues and solutions in highly escalated situations with Oracle support teams and customers, ensuring clarity and effective resolution of concerns.

• Cloud Tools & Implementations: Utilize and have a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud tools, such as FSM (Field Service Management), rapid implementation templates, and ADFdi (Application Development Framework Desktop Integration) to streamline processes and deliver effective solutions.

• Business Process Mapping & Analysis: Lead business process mapping activities and conduct fit/gap analysis to align business needs with Oracle PPM Cloud solutions. Provide support for finance business processes at levels 1-3, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

• Functional Specifications & Reporting: Write detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and customizations. Design and develop OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports and analytics to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

• Oracle PPM Cloud Integrations & Data Management: Ensure proper integration of Oracle PPM Cloud with other systems. Utilize data loaders, including Spreadsheet Data Loader and Data Loaders, to manage data effectively during migrations and updates.

• Security & Workflow Expertise: Implement and manage Oracle PPM Cloud security configurations and workflows to ensure appropriate user access and process automation, enhancing system efficiency and compliance.
