Tele Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote pharmaceutical products and services.
  
• Build relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs and provide solutions through product demonstrations.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of quality in work performance.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in telecalling or related field (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from an accredited institution.
  
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales principles, PCD practices, and medical terminology.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls.
