Job Description
- Understand Technical Blockers by working closely with developers tounderstand technical issues that arise during projects, proactively removingroadblocks by coordinating with client stakeholders or providing alternativesolutions.
- Bridge Communication by acting as the main point of contact between client stakeholders andoffshore engineers, ensuring that technical challenges are communicated clearlyand resolved in a timely manner.
- Facilitate Cross-functional Collaboration by promoting a culture of collaboration byworking closely with developers, QA, and operations teams, ensuring smoothcommunication and knowledge sharing across functions. Help the team avoid silosby organizing regular syncs between different functions.
- Adopt DevOps Practices by encouraging a DevOps mindset by facilitating automation, continuousintegration, and continuous delivery. Ensure that projects adhere to the DevOpsprinciples of shared responsibility, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Align Development with Business Goals by ensuring that developers understand thebusiness goals and client priorities, so that technical decisions are made withthese in mind.
- Drive Continuous Feedback Loops between developers, testers, and clients toensure iterative progress, preventing delays and enhancing product quality.
- Identify and Address Barriers faced by offshore engineers, ensuring theyhave everything they need to succeed.
- Foster Ownership in the team by encouraging transparency and responsibility for projectdeliverables, ensuring that every member is engaged and understands their rolein the overall success.

- Bachelor\s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
