- Experience: Minimum 5 + years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a Lead QA role, managing automation and integration projects.
- Automation Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Karate for building automation frameworks.

- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript used in automation frameworks.

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead QA efforts, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Tools Platforms: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins , Git , or similar.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
