Junior Space Planner

Responsibilities:

* Analyze space requirements and develop efficient layouts.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and constraints.

* Create detailed floor plans and understand zoning.

* Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

* Optimize space utilization to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

* Coordinate with contractors and vendors during project execution.

* Conduct site visits to assess and measure existing spaces.

Requirements and skills:

* Freshers or Experienced

* Proven working experience in office interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space

planning and new constructions) would be plus point

* Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all

installations.

* Proficient in AutoCAD and MS office

* Excellent portfolio of previous works Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

* Communication and presentation skills

* Project management skills

* BS degree in Interior Design or similar
