Semi Qualified candidate who has a good knowledge and experience of secretarial compliances,
Companies Act, 2013, is well versed with the secretarial forms and the workings of the MCA Portal along with great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Secretarial team in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other regulatory requirements
Facilitate the smooth operation of Board and General Meetings, assisting in the preparation of Agendas, Notices and Minutes of meetings
Incorporation of Companies
Incorporation of LLPs
Secretarial works like shifting of the registered office of the Company, appointment and change of Directors of the Company, Increase of authorised share capital of the Company, shareholding structuring, transfer of shares of the Company, appointment and resignation of the Auditors of the Company and related forms
Manage the alterations of Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association and other incorporation documents as required
Ensure accurate and timely filing of necessary forms with the ROC including filing of all Annual, half yearly, quarterly and event - based e-forms with MCA
Maintenance and timely updating of Statutory Registers maintained under Companies Act, 2013 and is well versed with the Secretarial compliances of Companies Act.
Qualifications
Semi Qualified (Company Secretary Course) and 2+ years of experience in handling Secretarial Works
- Bachelors degree in Bachelor of Commerce
- Well versed with the MCA Portal (including the V3 Version)
- Excellent drafting, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
