Senior Quality Executive

IIEPL are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Control Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality control and a desire to infuse quality awareness in the team in tune with the stated quality policy, quality objectives and quality goals to make a real impact on our business.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of services to ensure they meet the required quality standards
• Identify and document any non-conformities in the processes
• Communicate findings to relevant departments and work with them to implement corrective actions
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our quality management system
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards, and ensure that the company is compliant
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our services
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality control activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification as a Quality Auditor (e.g. CQA, CQIA)
• Experience with statistical process control techniques
• Experience with root cause analysis techniques
• Experience in the engineering consulting industry (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, science, quality management)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role preferably in engineering consulting industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, techniques, and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management standards
