Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Bangalore and Mysore (On-site)

Role Overview

The technical project manager will lead and oversee web development projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing technical standards, including web coding practices, tools, frameworks, and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee web projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Define project scope, allocate resources, set deadlines, and establish communication strategies.

Monitor milestones, deliverables, and change requests while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Manage and motivate the web development team to deliver high-quality results.

Conduct regular technical meetings to address progress, challenges, and project goals.

Provide guidance and training to developers and engineers, fostering team growth and efficiency.

Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.

Prepare and deliver project proposals, presentations, and regular progress reports.

Make design choices, define technical standards, and oversee implementation.

Evaluate and improve technical processes to enhance project outcomes.

Troubleshoot and resolve coding or design issues as they arise.

Mock up front-end designs with appealing visual elements.

Ensure final products are functional, meet client requirements, and adhere to quality standards.

Utilize tools and technologies to create intuitive and user-friendly solutions.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.

Knowledge of back-end languages: Java, Python, PHP.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React, Node.js.

Understanding databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design principles.

Strong organizational, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.

Experience with project estimation, tracking milestones, and deliverables.

Excellent leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

A technical mindset with an analytical approach to problem resolution.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Project Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in web development and project management roles.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or web development are a plus.
