Junior Product Designer

You will be in charge of translating consumer needs into product design features, ensure that every part of the product gives the user a great experience.

You will be responsible to
Envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that final product surprises and delights the customer
Taking on complex tasks and transforming them into easy to use designs for first time user to sophisticated users
Conceptualise and designs that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
Build and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.

Master/ Bachelor Degree in Design
Design (UI & UX)
Experienced designing and thinking in design systems translating complexity to simplicity
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
Strong Leadership and Management skills to motivate team
Proactive communication and collaboration with other teams to acheive a holistic view of product design complying with company goals and being user friendly and well designed.
Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills

Experience 2 - 3 years in Product Design and UX
