Projects : 4 to 6 Implementation projects.
Job Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune & Bhubaneswar Location.
Key Responsibilities :
- looking for a SuccessFactors Employee Central Team Lead to manage our team of SuccessFactors consultants and oversee all Employee Central projects for our clients.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in SF EC and will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central for our clients.
Summary :
Lead deliver for HXM transformation projects within complex global environments Plan, Design, Development with creative innovative solutions tailored for client needs in HR transformations Help and train the team to deliver high quality services in line with our proven methodologies' assets Estimation of Resources timelines, supporting pre-sales activities understand product roadmap in solutioning of projects Drive Innovation automation process across multiple projects
Technical Experience :
- SME in SF solutioning
- Strong HR Business Process Experience
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification, additional Cloud or SF certification have an added advantage
- Strong implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations
- Experience in agile principles, methodologies, and tools for the project management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in HRIS systems, with a focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- At least 2 years of experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Experience with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of SuccessFactors consultants and oversee all Employee Central projects for our clients.
- Provide expertise and guidance on all aspects of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Develop project plans and manage project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work with clients to gather requirements, assess their needs, and provide solutions that meet their HRIS needs.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to senior management and clients as needed.
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure that they are satisfied with our services.
- Collaborate with other teams within In2IT EBS, including the sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure that our services are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SuccessFactors Employee Central and HRIS systems
