We provide innovative insurance solutions to protect farmers from financial distress due to climate-related risks. We are looking for Area Leaders to drive business growth, lead sales teams, and strengthen our market presence in rural areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote insurance distribution in rural markets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate internal and external sales teams.
• Drive customer acquisition through digital and field-based marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor local market trends and identify business opportunities for growth.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Manage local market budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in rural/agricultural sales (Freshers with up to 2 years of experience can apply).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation is an added advantage).
• Industry Exposure: Experience in insurance, agri-equipment, rural warehousing, stock finance, seed industry, or digital platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy) is preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools (laptops, mobile apps, CRM systems).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language of the assigned region is a plus.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Passionate about rural market development and business growth.
• Willingness to travel extensively to assigned territories.
