Senior Unity Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Game Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, interactive fitness applications using Unity3D.
• Optimization: Ensure optimal performance across multiple platforms (mobile and PC) through efficient coding, asset management, and physics optimization.
• Multiplayer & Networking: Implement and maintain multiplayer functionalities, ensuring smooth, synchronized experiences for users worldwide.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring fitness-based game concepts to life.
• Debugging & Testing: Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and stability issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Version Control & Documentation: Maintain clean, well-documented code and workflows using Git and other version control systems.
• Third-Party Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and plugins (e.g., analytics, real-time tracking, hardware compatibility for fitness equipment).
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Unity3D features, tools, and best practices to improve overall development efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience working with Unity3D in a game development or interactive application environment.
• Proven track record of shipping commercial games or applications with Unity.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong experience with Unity's rendering pipeline, physics, animation, and UI systems.
• Extensive knowledge of performance profiling, debugging, and optimization for CPU and GPU.
• Experience with multiplayer game development and networking (web sockets.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus.
• Experience developing applications for fitness-related interactive systems is a significant advantage.

Tools & Technologies:

• Version Control: Git, GitHub.
• Development Environment: Unity Editor, Visual Studio, Rider.
• Asset & Build Pipelines: Addressables, Unity Cloud Build, Jenkins.
