Job Description

  • Talent Sourcing Recruitment:
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the technology market to target passive and active talent for diverse technical roles, including developers, engineers, IT managers, network specialists, and more.
  • Screening Interviewing:
  • Review resumes and applications, and screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, technical abilities, and overall qualifications.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with department heads, hiring managers, and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging skills in IT, ensuring recruitment efforts are aligned with the latest market demands.
  • Candidate Negotiation Offer Management:
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letters, and candidate onboarding.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and the hiring organization to ensure smooth communication and timely decision-making.
  • Reporting Analytics:
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes based on data insights.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, IT project managers, and more.
  • Skills Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, development tools, and technical concepts.
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to leverage multiple channels to find top IT talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong interview and assessment techniques, including behavioral and technical questioning.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
  • Communication Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage candidate expectations effectively.
  • Education:
  • A bachelor s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
