Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with department heads, hiring managers, and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices in recruitment.
Market Research:
Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging skills in IT, ensuring recruitment efforts are aligned with the latest market demands.
Candidate Negotiation Offer Management:
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letters, and candidate onboarding.
Act as a liaison between candidates and the hiring organization to ensure smooth communication and timely decision-making.
Reporting Analytics:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes based on data insights.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, IT project managers, and more.
Skills Knowledge:
Strong understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, development tools, and technical concepts.
Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to leverage multiple channels to find top IT talent.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong interview and assessment techniques, including behavioral and technical questioning.
Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
