ETL Developer - Talend/Informatica/SSIS (2-4 yrs)

We are hiring for ETL Developer for once of the IT product-based company.

Location : Pune/Gurgaon/Noida.

Work Mode : Hybrid.

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT or other computer related disciplines with record of academic success.

- Up to 2 years of relevant consulting industry experience working on small/medium-scale technology solution delivery engagements:.

- Experience in ETL interfacing technologies like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.

- Experience in data warehousing & SQL.

- Exposure to Cloud Platforms will be a plus AWS, Azure, GCP.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar.

- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses and other target systems.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.

- Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL process issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Document ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ETL processes and data warehousing architecture.

- Gain exposure to and work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) as needed.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a strong academic record.

- Up to 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in ETL development.

- Proficiency in at least one ETL tool (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.).

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles.

- Excellent SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures.

- Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
