Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Contact potential clients from provided leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with interested clients, providing comprehensive tours and highlighting key features of the properties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present, promote, and sell properties using solid arguments to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and improve outreach strategies.


Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
