Job Profile:

- We seek an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's leadership team in Jaipur.

- The CFO will oversee the company's financial operations, drive financial strategy, and ensure financial health.

- This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector who can manage complex financial structures and support business growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

- He should also have experience rolling out an IPO and handling all queries.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: CA (Chartered Accountant) with 20-25 years of experience and a strong understanding of Indian and international financial regulations.

2. Proven track record of leading financial operations in a large manufacturing company.

3. Deep understanding of cost management, pricing strategies, and financial modelling in the electrical, transformer & manufacturing sectors.

4. Experience with managing large teams and complex financial systems.

5. Experience in IPO-related matters
