Role : Senior Manager - SAP SD in Navi Mumbai for a leading manufacturing organization

Candidate Profile :


1. Qualification : B.E/Diploma/Graduate

2. Experience : 11- 25 years relevant experience in SAP SD Module

3. Location : Navi Mumbai

Job Description :

- Be a system support team member supporting SAP SD functional area regarding incidents and system changes related to SD and Logistics functional areas, including master data, Sales & Shipping, pricing, Billing, credit management, and GST/ASP requirements under the SAP S4hana environment.

- Monitor/manage various SAP/non-SAP digital initiatives related to Sales and distribution, logistics, and supply chain involving manufacturing units and depots.

- Document issue solutions - test plans, functional design specs, training materials, etc.

- Prepare RCA and Impact analysis for repetitive issues and provide permanent fixes.

- Undertake Development of various reports as per MIS requirements and also for improvising routine functionalities.

- Study and compare different software platforms through a techno-commercial study and suggest recommendations.

- Bring software solutions to business problems and pain points, finalize solutions, set narratives, and lead projects.

- Support business in all new developments from a system viewpoint.

- Undertake Knowledge management (systems) and end-user training.

- Play a Key role in user adoption.

Competency Profile :


- Experience in manufacturing organizations in SAP support team with end-to-end project implementation.

- Experience carrying out SD configurations to customize transactions relating to the Quotation/order-to-cash cycle, GST, Sales Accounting, Delivery, Shipping, pricing, and taxation under the S4hana environment is essential.-

- Exposure to the process of Export documentation and CRM functionalities is desirable.

- Exposure to customer experience products/portals is desirable.

- Experience working on enhancements (BADIs, BAPI, related to the SD module) is also desirable.

- Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents
