Job Description
Skills required-
-Design the network deployment plans for Networking devices likeFirewalls, Wireless Access Points, Controllers, NetworkingSwitches, and routers.
-Plan and Execute deployment projects for IT Networking and security Products.
-Handle the Technical support tickets and resolve them via self-knowledge, Knowledge base, or product OEM coordination.
-Work in coordination with OEM Support.
-Engage and Discuss with the clients regarding the execution of ITprojects.
-Resolving the Technical Issue including co-ordination of replacement ofany hardware malfunctions.
-Monitoring, Maintaining, and Reporting as required the detailsand status.
-Status reports of hardware and software products as per designatedpolicies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR NETWORK AND SECURITY ENGINEER WOULDHAVE THE FOLLOWING:-
-5-7 years of Experience with at least 2-3 Years relevant Experience inNetwork security.
-Hand Experience with deployments of Firewalls, NetworkingSwitches, Wireless APs, and routers.
-Experience Working in coordination with OEM Support.
-Experience in Handling IT Networking or Firewall Technical OngoingSupport Issues and Regular Monitoring Tasks.
-Certification from Any of the key OEM products Manufacturerswill be preferred.
- Problem-Solving Abilities.
-Good Verbal and Written Communication.
-Good Soft Skills, People skills, and Team Spirit.
