Job Description :
As an International Voice Agent, you will handle inbound calls from our global customers, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our billing and sales processes, particularly in the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls from international customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding billing and sales inquiries.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Education - Graduate/Undergraduate
- Excellent Communication in English.
- Minimum 11 months of Experience is required in International Voice (Inbound Calling only) on Paper.
- Candidates must comfortably working in night Shifts and Work from Office.
- Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
- Experience in Billing and Sales. Preferably into Telecom Industry)
- Working : 5 Days (Rotational Week off)
- Both way Cab Facility
