Role :



As a Campaign Manager at IM Solutions, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, and Native Ads)

You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that our campaigns are strategically planned, executed flawlessly, and consistently deliver outstanding results.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Create, launch, and optimize digital campaigns using tools like Ads Manager, Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.

Conduct A/B testing to measure campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Develop and execute multiple ad campaigns across various advertising channels.

Continuously monitor campaign progress, measure effectiveness, and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.

Make creative recommendations based on previous campaign performance.

Take ownership of assigned campaigns, managing all communication and tasks effectively.

Measure and report on the performance of all campaigns, assessing them against predefined goals.

Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign spend and performance accordingly.

Perform creative analysis to ensure that all ad placements are top-performing.

*Qualifications and Skills:*

2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign execution.

In-depth knowledge of Google, social media, native, and other advertising platforms.

Proficiency in developing audience targeting strategies and ad creatives.

Strong data interpretation skills, turning insights into actionable steps.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Understanding of social media metrics, conversion funnels, and linking results to broader campaign strategies.

A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferably certified in Google Ad Suites, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.

Enthusiasm for embracing new advertising technology solutions and exposure to performance campaigns.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in digital media.

Prior agency experience and a track record of handling a large number of campaigns is preferred.
