Renaura Wellness - Manager - Finance - CA (4-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team who will execute Accounts and Finance work flow designed by the VP Finance. The role offers tremendous learnings as we are in a hyper growth stage.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire process of bookkeeping to finalization of accounts, including the preparation of financial statements and overseeing Statutory Audits conducted by Big 4 firms.

2. Coordinate strategic financial planning for the company and its clients, covering aspects such as expenses, income, insurance coverage, objectives, tax compliance, and risk assessment.

3. Ensure accurate and timely daily and month-end accounting activities, including profit and loss (P&L) analysis, balance sheet reconciliations (deferrals, accruals), and accounts-receivable cash application in compliance with Indian GAAP.

4. Handle Tax Audits, GST Returns, and TDS Returns independently, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.

5. Provide data-driven insights on spending trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve margins.

Requirements:

1. CA - Inter with a minimum of 5 of professional experience in finance or accounting, preferably with Industries associated with Physical goods ( Inventories, Warehouse, Sales returns, etc )

2. Proven experience in handling or working with Big 4 Audit firms.

3. Prior experience working in a startup environment is highly preferred.

4. High personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data.

5. Willingness to work from office - 6 days work week.
