Job Description
Ils Hospital is looking for Nursing In Charge to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals. This involves scheduling, assigning duties, and evaluating performance.
- Patient Care Management: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring patient conditions, coordinating and participating in patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to create and implement care plans.
- Compliance: Ensure that nursing staff adhere to healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant laws and accreditation standards.
- Resource Management: Manage staffing levels, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient and effective nursing unit operations. This includes budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory control.
- Training and Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Patient and Family Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with patients and their families, addressing their concerns and providing information about care plans and progress.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, such as conducting regular audits, reviewing clinical outcomes, and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
- GNM + Post B.Sc., B.Sc. Nursing
- Minimum 8-10 year experience as Senior Nursing In Charge for ICU / MICU / Emergency / Ward / CCU etc
