Manager - Technology and AI Solutions

As a Technology Manager, you will be taking total ownership of the tech developments at Illumine.

You will be involved in both (i) Scaling Illumine's current proprietary technologies, platforms and applications (ii) Working on a new range of technologies to solve some of the critical knowledge failures in society.

Your core responsibilities:

- Build & nurture the technology team at Illumine - a combination of in-house developers/ designers and an ecosystem of tech partners and freelancers

- Focus on capacity-building and practice evolution of Illumine's technology team.

- Drive end-to-end technology project execution (from vision to handover)

- Build rigorous specifications for technology builds by translating business vision into specific tech capabilities and deliverables.

- Sense emerging technologies, AI and other opportunities and get initial POCs/ developments started.

- Ensure technology practices and protocols are in place to deal with challenges such as technology knowledge retention, vision drift (losing sight of future state leading to continuous changes in scope, budget overruns, missed deadlines), integration challenges (integrating new technologies with existing tech), etc.

- Work with Illumine's business / engagement teams to find new ways for how tech can add value to Illumine's business objectives. (e.g. building quick demo prototypes, etc.)

- Work with Illumine's internal practice teams & find solutions to specific project/ product related challenges.

- Manage Illumine's product / platform portfolio and ensure continuous evolution of the platform.

- Ensure smooth functioning and operations of existing technology systems that are reaching lakhs of users.

You are someone who has:

- An excitement to take ownership of products and become a business builder

- Worked on building technology products / platforms and deploying it to users

- Aspiration to build a world-class 'Knowledge Technology' team

- Good understanding of business

- An experience of 3 to 7 years (age group of 27 to 33 years will be preferred)
