Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and implement comprehensive testing strategies for functional, automated, performance, and security testing.
Define test objectives, scope, and success criteria for projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee the execution of functional and automated test cases to ensure complete coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects to closure, collaborating closely with development teams for resolution.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
Ensure the automation framework is scalable and reusable for future projects.
Conduct or oversee performance and security testing to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Provide actionable insights to improve application scalability, reliability, and security.
Knowledge of testing standards and guidelines specific to the healthcare domain to ensure HIPAA and PHI compliance requirements.
Lead and mentor QA team members to achieve project goals and ensure quality deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.
Create detailed test reports, dashboards, and metrics to communicate the testing progress and quality status.
Maintain thorough documentation of test strategies, test cases, and test results for future reference.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong knowledge of functional and automated testing.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Performance and Security Testing: Familiarity with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar is a plus.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Preferred experience in healthcare systems with a strong understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance standards.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in QA methodologies or automation tools (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Tester).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests in DevOps environments.
Exposure to agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
