Engineering/Project Manager (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Actively contribute to technical discussions and decisions.

- Review codebases and offer guidance on technologies such as Node.js, ReactJS, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement scalable and secure solutions.

2. Project Management :

- Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

- Manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks effectively.

- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues.

3. Team Coordination :

- Work closely with developers, DevOps, QA engineers, and product teams.

- Facilitate Agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Provide mentorship and support to the technical team to drive productivity and innovation.

4. Infrastructure and Security Oversight :

- Oversee AWS deployments, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.

- Manage firewall configurations and security protocols to safeguard the platform.

- Implement best practices for database management (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

5. Stakeholder Communication :

- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including technical specs and user guides. 6. Continuous Improvement:

- Advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies to improve development workflows. Analyze project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in technical project management.

- Hands-on experience in programming with Node.js, ReactJS, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Proven track record of managing SaaS projects from concept to delivery.
