Location: Malkapur, Maharashtra

Accommodation: Accommodation charges provided by the company

Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week (alternate weekday holiday, totalling 6 days off per month)

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate at FinnovationZ, you will drive sales growth and expand the

customer base by acquiring new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential

clients. You will engage with prospective students and educational institutions, showcasing

FinnovationZ's offerings and providing tailored online/offline learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential leads through cold calling, networking, and social media

channels to work on the provided pipeline of prospective clients.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into

paying customers.

• Attend inbound queries and perform cold calling on fresh and refurbished leads daily (120

calls per day).

• Communicate fluently in English and Hindi to engage with diverse clients.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and showcase in-depth product knowledge to highlight

value propositions.

• Close deals effectively to achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM

system.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years in the ed-tech industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads effectively.
• Passion for education and a good understanding of FinnovationZ products.
• Previous sales experience in the ed-tech sector is preferred.
