SAP HCM Functional Consultant (8-12 yrs)

We are hiring HCM functional Consultant who can work with experience in HCM functional, integration in HCM SystemWorkday, SAP Successfactor, ADP and related Services.

8+Yrs Experience.

Mandatory Skills : HCM functional, integration in HCM System Workday, SAP Successfactor, ADP.

Location : Hyderabad(WFO).

Job description :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.

- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and ESS/MSS.

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize SAP HCM functionalities.

- Customize and configure SAP HCM solutions to align with business needs.

- Provide end-user training and create documentation for key business processes.

- Work on issue resolution, troubleshoot system errors, and ensure data integrity.

- Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and support activities.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Work closely with SAP ABAP, SuccessFactors, and other SAP teams to integrate solutions.
