Job Description
- User Research: The UI/UX Designer conducts user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and to gather feedback on existing designs.
- Designing User Interfaces: The UI/UX Designer creates wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for software applications and websites, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
- Creating User Flows: The UI/UX Designer creates user flows and maps out the user journey, ensuring that users can easily navigate and interact with the interface.
- Conducting Usability Testing: The UI/UX Designer conducts usability testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.
- Creating Design Guidelines: The UI/UX Designer creates design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across different products and platforms.Requirements:
- Experience in user research, user interface design, and user experience design.
- Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills.
