PAM Arcon Analyst

Role & responsibilities :-

• PAM Solution Management: Administer, configure, and manage the Arcon Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and security policies.
• Profile Configuration & Management: Create, modify, and manage Arcon profiles for users, groups, and roles, ensuring the right level of access is granted based on the least privilege principle.
• Access Control: Implement and enforce strict access control measures for privileged accounts, including defining access roles, setting up workflows, and monitoring privileged activities.
• User Onboarding/Offboarding: Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of privileged accounts as per the employee lifecycle, aligning with access policies and organizational standards.
• Audit and Compliance: Regularly audit and review privileged access logs, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR, etc.).
• Incident Response: Collaborate with the security operations team to respond to privileged access incidents, investigate any suspicious activity, and mitigate risks.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, threats, and best practices related to PAM solutions and implement continuous improvements to the security posture.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation for access profiles, configurations, and access controls, as well as regular reports for management and audit purposes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, including network, system, and application administrators, to ensure that privileged access is seamlessly integrated into the broader IT environment.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Proven experience in PAM tools, with a focus on Arcon Privileged Access Management solution.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), security principles, and privileged access controls.
• Proficient in configuring and managing Arcon profiles, roles, and workflows.
• Experience with access control policies, session recording, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to privileged access (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, etc.).
• Familiarity with related technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex access control issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Certification in Cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
• Experience with other PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for workflow management and reporting.
