Telecaller - Admissions Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.

• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.

• Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Handle queries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle calls efficiently and persuasively.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

• Prior experience in telecalling or admissions is a plus.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
