We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Telecaller to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients who have shown interest in our brand through our social media channels like Facebook and Instagram. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce them to our products and services, engage in meaningful conversations, and identify clients who show a genuine interest in what we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads generated from Facebook and Instagram.
Effectively communicate our brand values, products, and services.
Identify and shortlist potential clients who express interest.
Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to work on-site at our BSM office (Note: This is not a hybrid or remote position).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
