Co lending & Fund Raising - Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Representing IIFL Samasta to HNI, Family Houses, Insurance companies and Mutual Fund for

various fund raisers including Tier-II bonds, Debentures, structured finance and ECBs.

2. The person should have fast understanding on the financials products offered by the company

and who can handle Co-lending and Business correspondence partnership with Banks and NBFCs.

3. Handling stake-holder queries and conducting regular investor meeting.

4. Nurture and develop extensive relationship with Senior Bank Officials, FIs and major PSU and

PSB as well as MNC Banks.

5. Providing periodic financial information in the formats agreed with them at agreed Intervals after

review with Management of the originators.

6. Open to travel anywhere in India
