Insurance Telesales Executive

Shift Timings: 10:00 to 07:00 PM (Day shift) (6 Days working)
Communication : Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Effectively communicate product benefits and address customer queries.
Persuasively pitch insurance products to meet customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with potential customers and establish long-lasting relationships.
Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Implement effective sales strategies to boost productivity.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
Prepare regular sales reports and analysis.
