About IBC Consultants:

About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO, Harsh, to co-create processes and strategies that will drive the company's exponential growth.
- This role offers an entrepreneurial journey, involving strategic initiative management, process automation, market expansion, and robust team leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Engagement & Outreach: Lead LinkedIn content marketing, manage outreach, and ensure timely client follow-ups
- Project Management: Oversee complex consulting projects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in process and delivery
- Client Relationship Development: Manage client engagements, ensuring ongoing relationship building and follow-ups
- IBC Partner Ecosystem: Identify and onboard new partners, enhancing our network and capabilities
- Team Leadership: Direct a team of 5-10 analysts, focusing on peak performance and motivation
- Strategic Support: Assist in the execution of strategic growth initiatives, including recruitment process automation and business development
- CEO Support: Collaborate with the CEO's EA to manage the CEO's inbox, calendar, and OKRs, ensuring high productivity and alignment with strategic goals
Outcomes of the Role:
1. Drive significant scaling of IBC Consultants by co-creating scalable processes and strategies
2. Work closely with the CEO to shape the strategic direction and growth of the company
3. Opportunity for progression to a COO role within 3-5 years
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, with a preference for strategy consulting, process consulting, and project management
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage and lead a team of 5-10 analysts in a fast-paced, strategic environment
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a high attention to detail
- Problem Solving: Proactive mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and execute decisively
