I am working for holiday inn express Kolkata , working culture is good staff's are supportive of same level .
- Salary - Good
The managers are really bad in nature infront of auditor they act really well but behind the they just find their own comfort hampering all the junior staff's, they totally non supportive. They force staff to write good review regarding their hotel in online Shekhar Nigam Front office manager act more like a boss rather than a leader have zero leadership qualities
