Customer Service : Address guest concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs. Communication Hub : Serve as a communication hub between guests and various hotel departments, coordinating requests or services as required. Billing and Payments : Handle guest payments, process invoices, and ensure accuracy in billing procedures. Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate guest records, manage room inventories, and update information in the hotel management system. Security and Safety : Adhere to security protocols, monitor guest activities, and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Upselling and Promotion : Offer upgrades, additional services, or promotions to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
