Site Architect - Resort Project (Male Candidates Only)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Architect for an exciting resort project. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, coordination, and execution of architectural elements on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Site Architect will play a key role in liaising with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders while providing design guidance during construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Coordination:
• Oversee and supervise the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring design compliance and quality control.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and engineers to implement architectural designs effectively.
• Ensure all work is done in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and local regulations.
• Design & Documentation:
• Provide design solutions and revisions as needed during the construction process.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation as necessary.
• Ensure that the resorts aesthetic and functional requirements are met throughout construction.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or design discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and schedules by proactively managing delays and unforeseen challenges.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for architects, contractors, and the project management team.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals to provide timely updates and feedback.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project progress and address any concerns.
• Compliance & Regulations:
• Ensure that all architectural work complies with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee the approval and permitting process for construction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably with experience in resort, hospitality, or large-scale residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in CAD, or other design and drafting software.
• Experience with site supervision, contractor coordination, and managing construction schedules.
• Knowledge of local zoning laws, building codes, and construction regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience working on resort or hospitality projects ( Added advantage )
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
