- Development and maintenance of software or applications using .NET framework languages and technologies
- Designing of back end database structure
- Follow the coding standard and best practices for ensuring good quality code
- Coordinate with team members to analyze client requirements and produce software design and architecture
- Timely complete and deliver tasks according to the project plan
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Fixing of the defects identified in testing phase

I was working with this company for more than 3 years. The best thing is here there is no work pressure. And no your seniors or any authority will tell you to complete 8 hrs work in 4 hours. Its has very friendly culture. You can directly tell your problems or difficulties to higher authorities.
