NDT Inspector (Office-Based)
We are seeking an experienced NDT Inspector to join our team for office-based work related to CML (Corrosion Monitoring Locations) and Thickness reports entry and review.
Key Responsibilities:
Drawing Interpretation:
Review and interpret Isometric, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and GA (General Arrangement) drawings to support NDT and inspection activities.
CML Optimization & Thickness Evaluation:
Conduct CML optimization and review thickness measurement data for equipment and piping components.
Ensure accurate entry and analysis of thickness data, contributing to overall asset integrity management.
Piping Components Knowledge:
Possess a solid understanding of various piping components, including pipes, fittings and other associated components.
API Code Compliance:
Understand of dead leg systems, mixing points, and injection point systems as per relevant API (American Petroleum Institute) codes.
Equipment Knowledge:
Familiarity of equipment such as vessels, columns, heaters, heat exchangers, AFC (Air Fin Coolers), and similar industrial equipment.
Data Entry & Report Review:
Accurately enter inspection data, including CML and thickness measurements, into appropriate systems and databases.
Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and industry standards.
MS Office Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) for creating reports, managing data, and communicating findings.
