Job Description

Design and develop electrical systems for oil and gas projects, including power distribution systems, control systems, and instrumentation.

Prepare detailed electrical engineering drawings, specifications, equipment sizing, electrical distribution diagrams and technical documents.

Conduct electrical load calculations, short circuit analysis, and coordination studies to ensure optimal system performance.

Perform design calculations for earthing, lightning protection, lighting, relay settings etc.

Select and specify electrical equipment and components, considering project requirements, safety standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and process systems.

Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Post graduate in Electrical Engineering
3-6 years of experience in Oil Gas Industry
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
