SHAHI EXPORTS PVT. LTD. MANAGER - IE:

1.1 Responsible for entire operations of unit right from fabric in-house to shipment out
going.
1.2 Monitoring daily production details of all departments.
1.3 Guiding quality team periodically.
1.4 Instructing all team members to improve productivity by regularly conducting review
meetings.
1.5 Ensure on time shipment of planned quantity.
1.6 Coordinate with merchandising team in case of any issues related to raw material,
Production etc.
1.7 In case of critical issues, discusses with FM/AGM-Operations to take proper decisions.
1.8 Responsible to adopt and ensure all safety precautions are adhered as per their job
requirement.
1.9 They are required to contribute towards environmental health & safety implementation from time to time as per instructions displayed on the notice board.
1.10 Representing the department for ISO Audit and ensuring the certification with out any NC’s.
